Fleet

Fleet is the Panel's first screen after you sign in: one live list of work across every Core this Panel is paired with. It is not stored. The Panel fans out a tasks.list call to every connected Core in parallel and merges the answers keyed by coreId/taskId. Close the tab and the view is gone; open it again and it is rebuilt from the Cores.

Each row is meant to be scanned, not drilled: a status dot, a title, which Harness is running, how long ago, and a Core badge. There are no session icons, pin toggles, or per-session affordances here. Those live on the Core, and you see them after you enter that Core.

Offline Cores

A Core the Panel cannot reach still appears. The row says it is unreachable and shows a last-seen timestamp. It does not show leftover session rows. The Panel caches nothing task-shaped, so a downed Core is blank rather than stale.

Entering a Core

Click a Core (or a row that belongs to one) and you leave Fleet. The Panel opens per-Core navigation for that machine: project rail, then the session grid, then the terminal. The shell itself has no Core switcher. To drive a different machine, return to Fleet and pick another Core.

If that Core has no projects yet, Fleet has nowhere to land you — add a project on that Core first. See Projects.
